These Terms of Service govern your use of itty.foo, a service operated by Klass Concepts LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Klass Concepts”), based in Concord, California. By purchasing a plan or using the service, you agree to these terms.

What the service does

itty.foo provides link shortening and redirect management software that runs on a custom domain you own. We manage the software infrastructure; you manage your domain and your links.

Acceptable use

You may use itty.foo for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to:

• Distribute malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Create phishing links or impersonate another person or organization
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications
• Redirect visitors to content that is illegal under U.S. federal or California state law
• Mislead visitors about the destination of a link in a way intended to cause harm

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules, with or without prior notice.

Payment and billing

Plans are billed annually. Payment is due at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds or pro-rata credits for unused time if you cancel mid-year.

For Concierge Setup, the $174 first-year fee covers the annual plan plus domain registration up to $50. If you request a domain that costs more than $50, you are responsible for the difference and will be invoiced separately before we proceed.

Renewal reminders are sent by email before your plan expires. If you do not renew, your links will stop redirecting. Your domain remains yours regardless.

Your domain

The short domain you use with itty.foo is registered in your name and remains your property at all times. If you cancel, stop paying, or we terminate your account, you keep the domain. You are responsible for renewing your domain registration directly with your registrar.

If your domain expires or your DNS settings are changed or removed, your links will stop working. We are not responsible for link downtime caused by domain registration lapses or DNS misconfiguration on your end.

Service availability

We work to keep itty.foo running reliably, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime. We are not liable for lost revenue, missed clicks, or other damages resulting from service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Contra Costa County, California.
