What’s included in the Concierge Setup?
We purchase a short domain on your behalf and configure it to work with itty.foo - no DNS settings for you to touch. We use Hover by default, or your preferred registrar if you have one. The domain is registered in your name and the credentials are handed over to you. Domain cost up to $50 is included in the $174 first-year fee. If you want a premium domain that costs more, you pay the difference directly. From year two, you just pay the $99/year plan fee - domain renewal is handled directly through your registrar account.
Do I need to buy a domain separately (Self-Setup)?
Yes - and that’s the point. The domain is registered in your name. Registrars like Hover, Namecheap, or Cloudflare typically charge $10–50/year depending on the extension (.co, .io, .link, .me are popular choices for short domains). Once you sign up, we’ll tell you exactly how to point it to itty.foo.
How long does setup take?
After checkout, you’ll receive a welcome email within 24 hours with your login and DNS instructions. Most customers are live the same day they configure their domain.
What happens if I cancel?
Your links stop redirecting, but the domain is yours - you keep it. Point it to something else, use a different shortener, or let it expire. Nothing is locked in.
Can I have more than one domain?
Yes. Each domain is a separate $99/year plan. Multiple domains can share the same account and team.
Does this fix the LinkedIn problem entirely?
Partially. LinkedIn will still wrap your link in lnkd.in when someone clicks it - that’s LinkedIn’s infrastructure and it can’t be bypassed. But the URL you share in posts and comments is your branded domain. That’s what people see, copy, and remember.
Is there a free trial?
